Store Policies: We appreciate being notified of any delay. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance. If you don't show up for your appointment, a charge will be made to your credit card. Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash. It must be present at the time of service and cannot be traced or replaced if lost or stolen. If you prefer to have a service change from the gift certificate received, it will be redeemed as the purchase price of the gift certificate. Gratuity is cash only.
